A successful independent lettings and sales agent, Intercounty was looking to continually grow and to plan an exit strategy for the directors.

LSLi offered a joint venture strategy acquiring an initial share purchase leaving the remaining directors with equity, allowing them to grow the business and benefit from a final payment based on their success.
