A successful five office independent lettings and sales agent located in east Hertfordshire and west Essex, Intercounty had three directors, one in the process of exiting. However, the company wanted to grow and to plan an exit strategy for the remaining directors.

LSLi offered a joint venture strategy acquiring an initial share purchase leaving the remaining directors with equity, allowing them to grow the business and benefit from a final payment based on their success.
